When I started looking for a real estate agent to sell my house, I wanted someone who would be able to provide me prompt feedback whenever I needed something related to the sale of my property. David impressed me right from the start in the way he prepared for our first meeting. After I hired David, I asked him for some specific information on a number of occasions: the quality and speed of his response met all of my needs, no questions about it. Quite a contrast to what I had experienced in the past with other agents.

This is all good but what about the main thing: selling my property?  David did something very smart. On noticing that a very similar model of house got sold quickly in my neighbourhood, he inquired with the agent if anyone other than the buyers had shown clear interest in that specific property. She gave him the names of two agents that David contacted immediately. Indeed there was one couple who really liked that model of home: they came to visit and bought it right after the second showing. We were planning to get my property ‘officially’ on the market on a Wednesday, after all the final prep work had been completed. The house was actually sold the Friday before because of David’s good thinking and good work! I was amazed and very happy with the outcome.

It goes without saying that I will have no hesitation recommending David to anyone who may be looking for a good agent. David is very professional, capable and resourceful. I am very, very satisfied with his services.
