Hey everybody, David Ursino talking to you about Vaughan real estate as always.  One of the questions you should ask of your realtor when you’re hiring one is; do you do this job full time?  Is this a full time thing for you or is it a part time thing for you?  The reason I mention this is because recently, I had to deal with an agent who was only working part time.  There were a few glitches we had to take care of and I couldn’t reach him during the day between 9 and 5pm.  How are you representing your client’s best interests if you’re not available?  I just don’t understand that.  So I think, if you’re looking to hire an agent, one of the crucial things, one of the most basic things is to make sure that they are doing this job full time.  Even in this job, full time is typically 9-5, we do this nine to midnight, we work on weekends as well, you want to make sure that you’ve got someone that is representing you at all times because when glitches happen, you have to take care of them.  That’s it for me, if you have any more questions about this or anything else related to Vaughan real estate by all means shoot me an email…I’m at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
