Hey everybody, David Ursino here. Today I want to talk to you about Woodbridge real estate and specifically of a neighbourhood known as the Woodbridge Highlands. It’s located between Islington and the Humber River and south of Rutherford and north of the Board Of Trade Country Club. It’s really one of the nicer neighbourhoods in Woodbridge, about 1500 homes, these are all detached homes. They were built throughout the years in the 80s, 90s and the 2000s. There’s actually some live construction going on now at the Regency Estates located at Islington and Kiloran. All the homes here are detached homes, a lot of luxury homes, a lot of custom homes, it’s typical to see homes sell above the million dollar mark in this neighbourhood. What I really like about it is that there are some older trees that are nice and big as well as big wide lots. It’s common to see 50, 60 and 70’ wide lots in this area. There’s only one school in the neighbourhood. A Catholic elementary – Our Lady of Fatima located on Crofter’s road. As to who lives here – well predominantly a lot of Italians still live here although that mix is changing obviously but all well to do people. Professionals, doctors, lawyers as well as successful self employed people. It’s a fantastic neighbourhood for families, a safe neighbourhood. If you’re thinking of moving into this neighbourhood or if you have any questions about Woodbridge real estate, by all means shoot me an email…I’m at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
