  • Legally speaking, a buyer officially gains title to the home when the title is transferred
  • The vendors should be completely moved out of the home by the time the title has transferred.  This typically occurs in the afternoon between noon and 6pm
  • As a best practise, the vendor should be out by noon on closing day
